About us

The NEWeighs program is designed to assist individuals and groups in obtaining and sustaining a healthy, happy, and comfortable weight. NEWeighs  introduces new views on foods and eating. All too often, weight loss plans, especially nationally advertised weight control programs, are designed with a one-size-fits-all strategy. Too often, these programs appear to be more interested in getting your money rather than helping you change your weight.

NEWeighs helps individuals and groups to develop a personalized plan that takes into consideration your food preferences, preferred eating style, and individual nutrient needs. NEWeighs emphasizes that Every Body is different, so every NEWeighs plan is individually designed for individual needs. With NEWeighs, every one can attain and maintain a comfortable weight rather than some "ideal" weight determined by others.

You can set your own goals that are realistic to attain and maintain. You will develop a food and fitness plan that incorporates a new eating style that fits your individual lifestyle. Your food and fitness plan is not a diet. Many diet plans provide dramatic weight loss initially, but such weight loss does not last long. In fact, such diet plans lead to discouragement and failure. Unrealistic goals are initially exciting but difficult to maintain over time.

NEWeighs is cost-effective. Our primary focus is on presentations directed to community groups, fitness clubs, schools, and businesses. Please contact NEWeighs.net to schedule a presentation for your group by sending an email to Sarah@NEWeighs.net. Personalized counseling is also available via phone or email upon request.
